Job Description: Licensed Physical Therapist (Full-Time, 40 hrs/week) Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy – Outpatient Ortho Location: Charlottesville, VA (Ivy Area) At Ivy Rehab, we’re a nationwide community of passionate physical therapists and teammates committed to helping people move, feel, and live better. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current or pending PT license (new grads welcome!)
- A physical therapist who loves patient care and strong outcomes
- A lifelong learner eager to grow
Responsibilities
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic exercise and manual therapy
- Track and celebrate patient progress
- Educate, motivate, and empower patients
- Collaborate with a supportive clinical team

- Competitive Salary: $80,000–$100,000/year (based on experience, hours, certifications, and more).
