About The Position
To administer physical therapy evaluations and treatments according to the established standard of physical therapy, physician's referral, and physical therapy plan of care.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy
- Current NJ State License in Physical Therapy
- Knowledge of established standards for Physical Therapy, ability to connect with patient and build rapport, flexibility with schedule, computer skills
Nice To Haves
- Master's Degree in Physical Therapy, Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy
- 1-2 years of prior experience
- Familiarity with QCPR
Responsibilities
- Evaluates all patients by identifying the patient's primary problems and develops a treatment plan.
- Performs and modifies or updates patient treatment programs to maximize patient outcomes.
- Documents information to assure continuity of care and maximize reimbursement.
- Maintains schedule to attain productivity standards.
- Provides supervision to PTA, PT/PTA students and various levels of support personnel and volunteers.
