About The Position

Atlantic Health is seeking a skilled and compassionate Full-Time Physical Therapist to join their Outpatient Team at Hackettstown Medical Center. Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop patient-centered treatment plans
  • Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and fellow rehab team members
  • Communicate with patients and families to ensure understanding and continuity of care
  • Support various appointment types and adapt care plans as needed
  • Patient evaluation
  • Establishing plans of care and treatment programs
  • Providing interventions
  • Providing patient and family education
  • Documenting interventions
  • Billing appropriately
  • Supports Lead Clinicians in competency development and implementation
  • Participates in the orientation of new staff members
  • Serves as a clinical instructor for students
  • Exercises independent judgement of moderately complex cases and with minimal to no supervision
