About The Position
Synergy Care is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist to join their team at Villa Maria Retirement Center in Lake Charles. This full-time opportunity involves working in a supportive Assisted Living/Independent Living community with an on-site outpatient clinic. The role allows therapists to build meaningful relationships with residents while providing high-quality, patient-centered care. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Licensed Physical Therapist or eligible for licensure in Louisiana
- Passion for working with the geriatric population and improving functional outcomes
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality physical therapy services to residents in an AL/IL community and outpatient setting
- Develop individualized treatment plans that promote mobility, independence, and quality of life
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to deliver exceptional care
- Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families
