About The Position

The Clinic Director at SportsCare Physical Therapy is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring high-quality patient care, and managing the clinical and administrative staff. The Clinic Director plays a crucial role in the growth and success of the clinic and must ensure that it operates efficiently and in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

Requirements

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree and current state licensure.
Several years of clinical experience in outpatient orthopedic and sports physical therapy.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with patients and the community.
Business acumen and financial management skills.

Prior supervisory or management experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care, including evaluations and treatments, as needed.
Supervise and mentor clinical staff, ensuring they adhere to best practices and provide quality care.
Collaborate with clinicians to develop and implement treatment plans.
Stay current with industry trends and evidence-based practices.
Oversee scheduling and appointment management to optimize clinic efficiency.
Monitor patient flow and ensure that patient wait times are minimized.
Manage and maintain patient records and documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate clinical and administrative staff.
Provide ongoing performance feedback, coaching, and professional development.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Ensure that the clinic complies with all relevant regulations, including state licensing, insurance, and Medicare guidelines.
Implement and monitor quality assurance programs to maintain high standards of care.
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the clinic and increase patient referrals.
Identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to expand the clinic's services.
