Based in Gainesville, Fl. covering the Tri County area. Your Role as a Physical Therapist Assistant: Provide in-home therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. Assist patients in regaining mobility, strength, and independence in a safe and familiar environment. Follow individualized treatment plans based on the Physical Therapist’s evaluation. Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and techniques to support recovery. Document patient progress and communicate updates to the care team. Requirements

  • Unencumbered Florida Physical Therapist Assistant License (required).
  • Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation (required).

Nice To Haves

  • CPR Certification (preferred).
