Aspirus Ironwood Hospital in Ironwood, MI is seeking a PHYSICAL THERAPIST ASSISTANT to join our PHYSICAL THERAPY team! The Physical Therapist Assistant carries outpatient treatment procedures for pediatrics, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients under the guidance and general supervision of a licensed physical therapist. HOURS: This position is Full Time; 1.0 FTE or 80 hours per pay period.
Requirements
- Knowledge of physical therapy standards and practices normally acquired through completion of an Associate Degree from a Physical Therapist Assistant program accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA).
- Current CPR certification
- Current Michigan PTA license
- 1-3 years' experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant desirable.
