Your Opportunity Fleet Landing is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PRN) to provide high-quality therapy services for older adults in our community. The PTA will support treatment plans created by the supervising Physical Therapist and help residents achieve their highest level of independence. Requirements
- Accredited PTA program graduate
- Current state PTA license
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
Nice To Haves
- Geriatric/long-term care experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide PT treatments according to the PT’s plan of care
- Assist with resident screenings and monitor functional changes
- Complete accurate, timely documentation
- Maintain safety, infection control, and resident rights standards
- Attend required meetings and collaborate with the care team
