Requirements

Associate degree from an accredited PTA program and active (or eligible) Florida PTA license.
Passion for personalized, movement-based treatment and a commitment to continual learning.
Friendly, team-first attitude with strong communication skills.
Confidence managing a half-hour treatment schedule while keeping care hands-on and high-touch.

Responsibilities

Deliver evidence-based therapeutic exercise, manual techniques, and patient education under the guidance of a supervising Physical Therapist.
Document progress in EMR and communicate changes promptly to the care team.
Contribute creative ideas that improve clinic flow, elevate patient experience, and uphold our higher standard of care.
Support mentorship efforts—both learning from senior clinicians and guiding students or new team members when ready.
