About The Position

The Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) supports the Physical Therapist in delivering patient-centered rehabilitation services across the lifespan. The PTA implements treatment plans, assists with therapeutic exercises, gathers patient response data, and collaborates with the Physical Therapist to adjust care as needed. This role also includes patient education, family communication, and maintaining a safe and organized therapy environment.

Requirements

• 1 year of Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) experience – REQUIRED
• Long-Term Care (LTC) or Rehabilitation experience – REQUIRED
• Active PTA license – REQUIRED
• BLS certification – REQUIRED
• Ability to work 8-hour day shifts
• Willingness to float as needed within assigned coverage area
