Requirements

  • Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in the state of Wisconsin
  • Experience in skilled nursing or senior living settings required
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Passion for working with older adults and leading a therapy team

Nice To Haves

  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee daily rehabilitation operations, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered therapy services
  • Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, as needed
  • Coordinate therapy scheduling, staffing, and productivity to support efficient operations
  • Mentor and support therapy staff, promoting engagement, accountability, and professional growth
  • Oversee documentation accuracy, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance
  • Participate in Medicare meetings and collaborate with facility leadership, residents, and families
  • Promote evidence-based therapy practices and continuous program improvement
