About The Position

At Complete Hometown Physical Therapy, an H2 Health company, we believe great care begins with great clinicians. As a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in our outpatient clinic, you will partner with licensed Physical Therapists to deliver individualized, hands-on care that helps patients restore movement, reduce pain, and return to the activities they enjoy. Complete Hometown Physical Therapy serves Hallettsville and surrounding communities with a strong focus on outpatient orthopedic care. Our team also treats vestibular, neurological, pelvic health, and sports-related conditions using a movement-based approach that includes manual therapy and McKenzie Method principles. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population in a collaborative, supportive environment focused on clinical excellence.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
  • Active state PTA license or eligibility for licensure
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical reasoning skills
  • Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality, evidence-based patient care under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
  • Assist in carrying out individualized care plans to help patients achieve functional goals
  • Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising Physical Therapist
  • Document patient treatments accurately and efficiently in EMR
  • Maintain an efficient schedule with the support of AI-driven tools that help streamline and reduce documentation time
  • Contribute to a culture of clinical learning and peer support
