This is not a high-volume therapy environment. The clinic emphasizes focused treatment sessions, collaboration with Physical Therapists, and achieving measurable outcomes for patients. ROLE OVERVIEW Patient Care & Daily Flow • Average of 12 patient visits per day • Time built in for individualized treatment approaches • Ongoing collaboration with experienced Physical Therapists Tools & Clinical Support • AI-assisted documentation to reduce time spent charting after hours • Equipment designed for vestibular and balance rehabilitation • Streamlined clinic processes that support an efficient workday COMPENSATION DETAILS Base Pay: $26 – $33 per hour (depending on experience) Monthly Bonus Opportunity: Earn up to $1,000 per month through profit-sharing based on clinic performance and metrics Estimated Annual Earnings with Consistent Bonus Achievement: $66,080 – $80,640 annually ($31.75 – $38.75 hourly equivalent), assuming full-time hours and consistent bonus performance Additional Incentives: • Sign-on bonus available for full-time hires Full compensation breakdown is provided during the offer process. Requirements

  • Active Florida Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license or eligibility
  • Graduate of an accredited PTA program
  • Strong communication and patient engagement abilities
