About The Position

Hillcrest Rehab Services is looking for a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our Innovate Rehab & Wellness team at Hillcrest Health & Rehab in Bellevue!

What You’ll Do
As a PTA, you’ll partner with a Physical Therapist to bring care plans to life using evidence-based techniques that improve function and quality of life.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Active PTA license in Nebraska (or compact state)
• BLS certification (AHA required)
• 2+ years of experience in SNF, post-acute, hospital, or similar setting preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled therapy treatments aligned with established plans of care
• Progress patients toward mobility and functional goals
• Collaborate with therapists, nursing, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care
• Assist with patient transitions across service lines
• Accurately document treatments and complete timely billing/charging
• Delegate tasks appropriately to rehab techs and support staff
• Communicate effectively with physicians and care teams to optimize outcomes
