About The Position

Oakwood Gardens Care Center, a skilled nursing facility in Fresno, CA, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team on a PRN basis. Requirements

• Associate degree from an accredited PTA program
• Current and valid California PTA license
• CPR certification required
• Previous SNF or rehab experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Deliver rehabilitative care as directed by the Physical Therapist
• Track and document patient progress accurately and timely
• Collaborate with nursing and therapy teams to ensure coordinated care
• Maintain compliance with all safety, infection control, and facility policies
