About The Position

Our skilled nursing facility is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our dynamic team of healthcare professionals. As a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), you will work under the supervision of licensed physical therapists to help patients recover from various medical conditions. You will assist in implementing customized treatment plans, monitor patient progress, and provide essential support to ensure optimal rehabilitation outcomes. Requirements

• State licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant.

Responsibilities

• Assist physical therapists in evaluating patients' conditions and needs.

• Educate patients and their families about the recovery process and home exercises.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
