It specializes in helping patients recover from serious illnesses or injuries that have impacted their ability to function independently. Highlights: Comprehensive Inpatient Rehab : Offers physical, occupational, and speech therapy for patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, orthopedic trauma, and other complex conditions. Intensive Therapy Model : Patients receive at least three hours of therapy per day, five days a week, under the supervision of a rehabilitation physician and 24-hour rehab nursing. Personalized Care Plans : Treatment is tailored to each patient's goals, with a focus on restoring independence and transitioning safely back home. Requirements
- Associate's degree from a PTA program.
- Current PTA license in state of practice.
- CPR certification required.
- Team-oriented and patient-focused with strong communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- Rehab or acute care experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Administer physical therapy interventions as directed by the supervising PT.
- Assist in patient mobility and exercise routines.
- Monitor patient responses and report progress to PT.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for treatment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
