About The Position

This position provides therapy to patients based on patient need and medical direction. The role also involves providing patient/caregiver education and arranging for adaptive equipment as needed. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily, meeting the knowledge, skill, and ability requirements listed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy required
• Written or verbal communication skills required
• Word processing and computer skills required
• Michigan State License in Physical Therapy required
• BLS certification required

Nice To Haves

• Masters or Doctorate Degree preferred
• NDT certification and competency in serial casting for pediatric therapists
