About The Position

This is a full-time career opportunity that can be remote within the Fulton Bank footprint as follows: DC, DE, MD, NJ, PA, VA. Incumbents serve the department as the first-level technical and operational contact, providing comprehensive technical expertise and direction to address technology-related physical security system issues, physical threats, or other safety concerns. This role is an advocate for safety and security and works to maintain compliance with the Bank Protection Act, SOX, and Gramm-Leach-Bliley Acts.

Requirements

  • Associate Degree or the equivalent experience. Specialty: criminal justice or information security. (Required)
  • 2 or more years physical security, risk associate, or related experience. (Required)

Responsibilities

  • Serves as the on-site first level technical and operational contact, providing comprehensive technical expertise, problem discovery, and problem resolution through direct contact with varied stakeholders in all kinds of security-related situations. Independently addresses and resolves concerns related to physical security systems, operational security issues, or other concerns, and initiates service calls as required. Analyzes initial reports of physical threats or safety concerns and uses discretion to provide real-time direction, escalating as required. Ensures that all interactions are addressed and ensures that policy and procedure is effectively followed. Participates in the departmental on-call rotation.
  • Conducts quality reviews of internal reports and external data, identifying and addressing data for accuracy, and ensuring data integrity is maintained. Reviews, maintains, and analyzes third party data to ensure terms fall within established procedures.
  • Identifies procedural issues and properly updates or creates end user job-aids and/or department documentation. Provides research and evaluation of internal and external data to assist with physical security education. Makes recommendations to management, based off of independent research and evaluation, to ensure physical security risk controls are properly maintained.
  • Initializes and conducts risk certifications. Prepares physical security operational system reporting. Programs various physical security systems. Conducts reviews of third party provided services.
