Job Details PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Please note the hours of operation for this position are as follows: Saturday: 7 AM - 7 PM Sunday: 7 AM - 7 PM Monday: 7 AM - 3:30PM Tuesday: 7 AM - 3:30 PM This role would also need availability to cover shifts Wednesday through Friday for team-member paid time off (PTO). You will manage day-to-day security operations for the Conshohocken HQ Global Security Operations Center and across the Cencora enterprise, including intrusion detection, access control, and video surveillance systems. Provide access control administration, monitor enterprise-wide alarm activations, and assess intrusion alerts via web-based portals while leveraging video systems to support real-time facility monitoring. Partner with internal stakeholders and serve as a liaison to security systems providers, assisting with new alarm system installations and upgrade projects. Maintain and enhance facility security requirements and procedures to safeguard proprietary data, deliver security metrics, reporting, and analysis, and support report management as needed. Provide event security support at HQ, contribute to security awareness training and education efforts, and support the Diversion Control and Corporate Investigations program as assigned, while performing related duties as required.

Requirements

  • Broad training in related field through completion of a four-year bachelor’s degree program or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • A minimum of one (1) year directly related and progressively responsible experience, previous work experience in security
  • Knowledge of Physical Security concepts, design, and application
  • Effective interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
  • Discipline program, project, and time management skills with the proven to work in cross functional, matrixed, and diverse workforce environment.

  • BA or BS Degree in related field preferred
