About The Position

Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation
• Active or eligible New York medical license
• Experience in outpatient or rehabilitation-based settings preferred
• Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, and functional impairments
• Develop individualized rehabilitation and treatment plans
• Perform diagnostic assessments and functional evaluations
• Coordinate care with therapists, nurses, and referring providers
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation
