About The Position

As a PM&R Physician, you will help patients regain strength, movement, and functional ability following injury or chronic conditions. Your role focuses on hands-on clinical care, goal-driven treatment planning, and collaboration across rehabilitation disciplines to support consistent patient improvement.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation
• Active or eligible New York medical license
• Experience in outpatient or rehabilitation-based settings preferred
• Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physical and functional assessments
• Diagnose and manage rehabilitation-related conditions
• Create and oversee treatment plans focused on recovery and mobility
• Work closely with physical and occupational therapy teams
• Track outcomes and update care plans based on patient response
• Ensure compliance with clinical and documentation standards
