As we continue to grow, we are looking to hire a skilled and compassionate Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) Physician or Sports Medicine Physician to join our team. Position Overview: The ideal candidate will have expertise in regenerative medicine and physical medicine & rehabilitation, focusing on musculoskeletal and nerve injuries. This role involves utilizing advanced diagnostic tools like ultrasound and fluoroscopy to guide precise treatments for spinal and peripheral joint conditions. You will work closely with a highly trained team that includes physicians, medical assistants, and rehabilitation specialists to provide top-tier care.

Requirements

  • Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
  • Board-certified, board-eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) or Sports Medicine.
  • Experience with musculoskeletal and nerve injuries, preferably with training in regenerative medicine techniques.
  • Proficient in ultrasound-guided injections.
  • Passionate about providing non-opioid, evidence-based pain management solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Ability to develop customized treatment plans that address patient needs and goals.
  • California medical license (or eligibility to obtain one).

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive assessments of musculoskeletal and nerve injuries, including spine and peripheral joint conditions.
  • Administer regenerative treatments such as PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma), stem cell therapy, and other non-invasive procedures using ultrasound guidance and fluoroscopy.
  • Provide individualized care plans for each patient, focusing on improving mobility, reducing pain, and restoring function.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and support staff to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal results.
  • Educate patients on their conditions, treatment options, and prevention strategies for future injury.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date medical records in compliance with clinic protocols.
