About The Position

Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a full-time Board Eligible/Board Certified Physiatrist to meet the growing demand for services at our Franciscan Health Dyer in Dyer, IN with outreach to Munster, Crown Point and Michigan City. Provider will see procedures consisting of general PM&R, stroke, traumatic brain injury, orthopedics, and neurology treatments. Ideal candidate will have a strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills and desire to develop strong ties with the community and build long-lasting relationships with patients. Candidate will work collaboratively with our talented team of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation providers to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care. Requirements

• Doctorate - Required
• Physician License (MD/DO) - Upon Hire Required
• Board Certification in Specialty Discipline (or eligibility if appropriate) - Upon Hire Required
• Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association - Upon Hire Required

Responsibilities

• Flexible Schedule: Monday – Friday, 36 patient contact hours with 4 hours of admin work
• Weekend Call & Rounding Rotation: 1:4
• Focus will be Outpatient and provide coverage for PTO for other Physicians
• Inpatient PTO coverage is Dyer and Crown Point as well
• Current Outpatient/Ambulatory focus are: EMGs Botox- Spasticity & Migraine Management Pain Management/Interventions Prosthetics & Orthotics
