This Full-Time, Exempt, 11-month Teacher position reports to the School Principal or a designated administrator. The role involves upholding the school's mission and values, fostering student relationships, maintaining high behavioral standards through restorative practices, collaborating with leadership, participating in professional development, and communicating professionally with all stakeholders. Instructional responsibilities include implementing curriculum, creating weekly lesson plans based on California State and Common Core standards, differentiating instruction for diverse learners, employing culturally responsive teaching, engaging in weekly instructional coaching, maintaining a positive classroom environment, managing gradebooks, communicating with families, and collaborating with the Inclusive Education Team.
