About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Physical Collateral Examination Associate Manager within Wells Fargo Commercial Capital as part of Commercial Bank. Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at www.wellsfargojobs.com In this role, you will: Supervise staff responsible for inspections of floor plan inventory at various dealerships Ensure adherence to establish procedures and guidelines Perform independent inspections of floor plans on inventory at dealerships and reconciliation of floor plan statements Perform rental reviews, lease research and used vehicle testing Make daily tactical decisions to identify audit findings and make recommendations to management Resolve issues related to team supervision, work allocation and daily operations under the direction of collateral examination management Collaborate and influence all levels of professionals including more experienced managers Lead team to achieve objectives Manage allocation of people and financial resources for physical collateral Be responsible for selection, evaluation, and development of staff

Requirements

  • 4+ years of Collateral Examination experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 1+ years of Leadership experience
  • This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship
  • Must be willing to travel overnight up to 50% of the time, both flight and vehicle travel
  • Ability to push/pull 50 pounds and lift 25 pounds
  • Ability to work in outdoor environments up to 8 hours per day
  • Ability to travel daily with 4 or more hours of driving per day
  • Reliable transportation for daily business travel
  • Specific compliance policies may apply regarding outside activities or personal investing; affected employees will be expected to provide information to the Wells Fargo Personal Account Dealing Team and abide by applicable policy requirements if hired.
