About The Position

14460 – Physical Access Systems Administrator (onsite) – Palm Beach Gardens, FL Start Date : ASAP Type: Temporary Project Estimated Duration : 12+ months with possible extensions Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client Only candidates able to relocate as required should apply to avoid removal from future consideration.

Requirements

• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Palm Beach Gardens, FL (required);
• Experience as a Physical Access Systems Administrator (4+ years);
• Experience configuring, maintaining, and supporting physical access management systems;
• High School Grad / GED

Nice To Haves

• Experience as a systems administrator (5-7 years)
• Experience with Cloud-based management services
• Bachelor’s Degree

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and optimize the physical access management system, including programming access points for new or expanding facilities.
• Administer user access and permissions, managing role changes, privileged accounts, and ongoing access governance.
• Conduct regular audits and validation checks to ensure the integrity, accuracy, and security of physical access credentials.
• Perform routine system maintenance and continuous performance monitoring to ensure reliability and operational stability.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving system issues across multiple sites.
• Support project teams during planning and initiation, providing technical guidance for new facility integrations or system enhancements.
• Develop and deliver end‑user training and documentation, including user guides, procedures, and system reference materials.
