As a Photolithography Equipment Technician, you are responsible for monitoring, sustaining, and improving the equipment and/or processes, while working in partnership with production team members and area engineers. Shift Technicians monitor tool performance, schedule and perform preventative maintenance on assigned tool sets, and use mechanical, electronic and PC/software skills to solve and repair equipment issues. They are also required to assist with equipment installs, engineering tests, build and modify equipment procedures, increase tool uptime through systematic problem solving and troubleshooting, quality workmanship, and deeply document all maintenance.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of AC/DC circuits, including fundamentals of electricity, and basic electronic components and circuits; A mechanical proficiency with the ability to understand and solve mechanical systems
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts (3 on/4 off and 4 on/3 off) with flexibility to rotate shifts as needed
  • Basic PC skills including MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint; Basic data extraction, analysis and reporting skills

Nice To Haves

  • AAS in Electronics and/or relevant experience and/or equivalent military or other experience
  • Two (2)+ years working as a technician within the semiconductor industry, specifically with TEL tracks
  • Highly knowledgeable of AC/DC circuits, including fundamentals of electricity, electronic components and circuits; Experience in using schematic diagrams to trouble-shoot systems to components level and a strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to understand and solve mechanical systems

Responsibilities

  • Perform, complete and manage routine preventative maintenance on TEL tracks
  • Troubleshooting and repair diagnostics of mechanical electrical S&T software
  • Perform qualification and data review
  • Data collection and test runs for process improvements
  • Recipe testing
  • Support engineers in troubleshooting and repair
  • Documentation and report equipment logs to ensure clear pass down between shifts
  • Follow all safety requirements
