The WW Apple Retail Engagement, Marketing u0026 Merchandising (REMM) team defines, makes and delivers programs, campaigns, initiatives and experiences that help Apple Retail's customers and teams discover, be inspired by, learn about and go further with Apple's products and services, and does so in a manner that is true to our values. The REMM Creative Production Group is looking for an exceptional Photography Post Producer. This role is focused on managing and optimizing the entire retouching pipeline, serving as the central hub for all requests, from intake and scheduling to asset delivery. The ideal candidate is flexible, self-motivated and highly collaborative. They are a problem solver with a demonstrated interest in new and innovative approaches.In this role responsibilities will include developing and refining end-to-end retouching workflows to enhance efficiency and scalability, proactively identifying and resolving bottlenecks and building strong cross functional relationships. The Photography Post Producer will oversee sourcing and managing freelance retouchers and managed service vendors, clearly communicating project status to all stakeholders, and driving automations to improve imagery consistency and overall efficiency.Demonstrated track record of successfully designing and implementing successful production workflows and operational processes.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated track record of successfully designing and implementing successful production workflows and operational processes.
  • Strong experience managing external vendors, including sourcing, negotiation and quality control.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, a meticulous eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to make quick, quality decisions to keep projects moving forward.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners.
  • Proactive problem solver.
