About The Position

The Photography Lead position, under the general direction of the supervisor of Nutrition and Food Services Managers, is responsible for overseeing all photographic documentation and visual communication needs of the healthcare facility. This role involves performing newborn photography, preparation and photography for special events and functions, conference room audio visual, and any other additional duties. The incumbent will collaborate with medical staff and ensure that all visual content meets the highest standards for quality, compliance, and ethical guidelines.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree Photography preferred or experience in lieu of a degree
• Experience in a photography role, preferably in a healthcare setting
• Expertise in camera equipment, lighting, and editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Dropbox)
• Ability to produce high-quality images with precision, ensuring all visual content meets medical standards
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with medical staff and patients
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality in medical photography
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality
