As a Photographer for the Hearst Enthusiast Group, you'll help shape the visual identity of beloved brands like Runner’s World and Bicycling, capturing moments that inspire and inform millions of readers and viewers across platforms. Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional experience in photography for media, editorial, or brand content.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates technical skill, creativity, and strong visual storytelling.
  • Proficiency with off-camera lighting, Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop and Lightroom), and standard photography equipment.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills with the ability to work independently.
  • Hybrid role based in Easton, PA, with an on-site requirement of 4 days per week.

Responsibilities

  • Originate and deliver high-quality visuals across print, digital, and social platforms.
  • Collaborate with the Runner’s World team and other Enthusiast Group brands to create compelling images that further editorial and brand goals.
  • Work closely with design, editorial, training, and product-testing teams to develop a cohesive visual identity.
  • Edit, tag, and upload photographic content for use across multiple channels.
  • Maintain and organize an image archive for both print and digital assets.
  • Travel occasionally to cover races, events, and photoshoots.
