Find your fit — and your future. The Photo Producer leads and executes global photo shoot production in support of Levi's® Global Marketing initiatives . You will accomplish creative concepts on time, on brief, and on budget, overseeing end-to-end shoot production, including budgeting, casting, scheduling, and talent and agency relationships. Partnering closely with Creative, Project Management, and cross-functional stakeholders, the Photo Producer integrates production into the broader milestone calendar while resourcing photographers, crew, talent, and vendors to deliver world-class visual storytelling that meets global marketing needs. You will report to our Sr . Producer. About the Job Photo Production Leadership Deliver all phases of photo production, including planning, scheduling, on-set execution, and final asset delivery Develop production schedules in close partnership with Project Management to support cross-functional milestones Guide run-of-day schedules and ensure seamless coordination with creative partners Talent, Casting & Crew Management Oversee relationships with photographers, creative talent agents, production partners, and vendors Lead the casting process from talent sourcing through internal approvals Resource and manage art, cast, crew, and freelance support required to complete creative concepts Lead crews, cast, and contingent staff on set, providing clear direction and ensuring shoot readiness Budget & Logistics Management Manage shoot budgets according to project budgets and approval processes Negotiate usage rights, rates, contracts, and talent releases Secure pre-payments, process and reconcile invoices, and manage talent and partner agreements Oversee shoot logistics including locations, travel, call sheets, equipment, and post-production schedules Collaboration & Communication Partner with Creative, Project Management, and cross-functional teams to ensure execution meets brief goals Offer scenario-based solutions to support creative intent while managing budget and timeline parameters About You Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in production, creative agencies, or related fields 3–5 years of experience as an in-house, freelance, or agency producer Experience supporting photo production for brand, marketing, or editorial content Strong background in photo production; experience across art, photo, video, and agency environments is a plus Experience with managing competing inputs while maintaining the integrity of creative execution This is a hybrid work schedule based in our San Francisco, CA headquarters. You will be expected in office 3 days per week typically Tuesday-Thursday. Note, time in office can vary depending on business needs .

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in production, creative agencies, or related fields
  • 3–5 years of experience as an in-house, freelance, or agency producer
  • Experience supporting photo production for brand, marketing, or editorial content
  • Strong background in photo production; experience across art, photo, video, and agency environments is a plus
  • Experience with managing competing inputs while maintaining the integrity of creative execution
