Flex Associate Producer - Photo Studio - Downtown Seattle
About The Position
The Flex Associate Producer is responsible for supporting studio photo shoots for Nordstrom.com. This includes the initial launch through planning and meetings, the execution of the shoot through facilitating crews and resources and summarizing the job by reporting accurate financial and shoot information. Further, the Flex Associate Producer supports special projects, merchandise flow and shifts, rush jobs and product department shoots. Flexibility in hours during peak periods required. A day in the life… • Support the business by providing producing, talent acquisition and process, for Nordstrom.com • Assist in enhancing department vision and strategies to support company goals • Ensure the development, implementation and ongoing management of department programs • Complete special projects by clarifying plans and objectives and ensuring timely delivery • Partner with management, producers and others to anticipate future business changes and challenges and proactively develop and implement new or revised plans • Assist in adhering to the department’s budget • Collaborate on the hiring and supervision of an efficient and effective team that meets the needs of each functional area • Ensure alignment on priorities and direction by partnering with other groups and leaders
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years E-commerce experience – photo studio experience a plus
- Ability to build strong relationships with peers and senior leadership
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and high ethical standards
