About The Position
In photography, we will be increasing the sections we offer in digital photography while we continue to offer darkroom photography courses. Experience in both areas is expected. You will also contribute to the supervision of our new digital printing lab and supervise work study students.
Requirements
- All faculty must have at least a Master’s degree in the field/discipline in which they are teaching with 18 hours of course work related to the course(s) being taught.
- In some cases, subject to the approval by the Provost, a faculty member could be recommended for appointment based on substitution of significant experience for the degree.
Nice To Haves
- MFA degree with some teaching experience at the college level
- experience as a graduate teaching assistant may be acceptable
