Phone Technician
About The Position
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy individual to join our client's team as a Smart Phone Technician . This role is ideal for someone with strong IT knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering great customer service. This is a temporary role located in the Rochester, NY area. Responsibilities of the Smart Phone Technician will include: Unbox, assemble, and deploy smartphones to end users, including activation. Conduct inventory counts and maintain accurate records. Install required software and complete validation checks. Configure devices with the appropriate applications and settings. Troubleshoot and make adjustments based on findings during validation testing. Maintain clear documentation of all processes and tasks. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications of the Smart Phone Technician : Proficiency with MS Office, MS Windows, Chrome OS, Google Workspace, and Mac OS. Strong IT background and comfort working across multiple platforms. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Must successfully pass a background check. Pay for this position starts at $18+/hour, depending on experience. Requirements
