Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world! Responsibilities: Support General Industry sales by qualifying leads and helping acquire new business. Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, ensuring timely responses and follow‑up. Manage CRM activities and documentation, acting as a CRM subject matter expert. Maintain accurate customer master data, pricing, and specifications in SAP. Follow up on quotes and open items to gather feedback and drive closure. Partner closely with Sales and Operations to support account growth and timely information flow. Assist Account Managers by managing smaller accounts and supporting customer initiatives and reporting.
