• Proficient in using computer systems and navigating relevant software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.
• Direct calls to appropriate departments or personnel based on customer needs.
• Provide accurate information and assistance to callers regarding our products and services.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of each call and interaction.
• Handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient call handling and customer satisfaction.
• Perform other administrative duties as needed to support the team.
