THE JOB The Phone Ambassador will proactively interact with guests to provide information and assistance on all things related to the guest having an enjoyable experience at the venue.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Creative thinker and problem solver
  • Detail oriented, able to handle several tasks simultaneously
  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems quickly and work well under pressure
  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Acute sense of judgment, tact and diplomacy
  • A strong sense of teamwork and the ability to execute programs
  • Computer skill competency with an emphasis on Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Willing and able to work nights, weekends and holidays
  • Position requires constant sitting

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and respond to the venue’s primary phone line and email inbox, answering general venue FAQs, lost & found requests, ADA requests, VIP upgrades, Foundation Room, and general ticket info
  • When deliveries arrive, contact the appropriate staff to receive the delivery
  • Interact with guests at the Reception window, providing general venue information
  • Check-in visitors on the visitor log and distribute lanyards
  • Accept and distribute lost & found items to be held in the safe
  • Uphold and enforce the venue’s policies and procedures
  • Additional duties and special projects as assigned by management
