This Phlebotomist role is part-time, 20 hours, on the 1st Shift, and is benefit eligible. The position involves providing exceptional patient care, performing venipuncture on patients of all ages, collecting and preparing non-blood specimens, ensuring proper specimen processing, labeling, and test ordering, and championing safety, compliance, and quality control. Employees will have routine access to Protected Health Information (PHI) and are expected to maintain strict confidentiality and abide by privacy and security standards, only accessing PHI when required for job duties. Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous phlebotomy training or experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer and data entry skills

Nice To Haves

• 2+ years of laboratory training or experience in specimen collection and processing
• Certification from the American Society of Phlebotomy Technicians

Responsibilities
