About The Position

Project Overview: This intern will support Philadelphia Commercial’s migration to the EDS platform by auditing content from the current website , and showpad and organizing it into structured taxonomy files that align with EDS import requirements.
Internship Details: 12 hrs/week in office at Plant 72 12 weeks Start Date: May

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excel/Google Sheets proficiency for sorting, tagging, and formatting content.
• Comfort working with structured content or CMS like environments.
• Ability to follow taxonomies and content models.
• Organized, dependable, and able to manage weekly deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Scrape and collect content (product details, resources, collections, landing pages) from the existing Philadelphia Commercial website.
• Collect existing Philadelphia Commercial content on Showpad
• Organize and place content into taxonomy aligned templates for easy ingestion into EDS.
• Tag and classify content using provided categories, attributes, and metadata standards.
• Identify incomplete, outdated, redundant, or inconsistent content and flag it for correction.
• Maintain simple documentation of the process to support continuity across migration phases.
• Support Digital Marketing and Brand Operations teams by providing clean, structured files and weekly progress updates.
