An opportunity is open to a suitable applicant to conduct a fully funded, full-time PhD within the GPCR EcoPharmacology Lab, Monash Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences (MIPS), Monash University. The successful applicant will generate high-impact research by applying state-of-the-art deep learning, molecular modelling, and GPCR pharmacology to accelerate drug discovery for dementia treatment in postmenopausal women. The candidate will work within a multidisciplinary team comprising experts in GPCR biology, computational pharmacology, artificial intelligence, and neurovascular in vivo models. The applicant will have access to a unique research environment at MIPS – one of the world’s leading centres in GPCR drug discovery – along with cutting-edge computational resources, AI platforms, and established collaborations in cardiovascular and neurovascular disease.
