Requirements
- Registered with the Texas Board of Pharmacy in good standing
- PTCB Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) or Pharmacy Intern (Required)
- CPR and De-escalation certification required or obtain with 30 days of hire.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
Responsibilities
- Refill and maintains automated dispensing systems.
- Fill medication carts on a daily basis.
- Prepare orders and maintains inventory for the pharmacy department.
- Repackage bulk medications.
