Pharmacy Technician – Per Diem – Rehab Hospital
About The Position
Work Schedule : 20% FTE. Day Shifts; Saturday and Sunday, every other weekend. 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. We are seeking a Pharmacy Technician to: Be an exceptional teammate, take the initiative to jump in and help without being asked. Provide expertise in a variety of pharmacy technician duties, work both in inpatient and outpatient settings. Have a high level of accountability to the work. You must be self motivated and driven to complete the work in a timely manner to achieve our goals of high quality patient care. The ideal candidate will have prior hospital experience. Certification is preferred, but not required. Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent Required
- Wisconsin Pharmacy Technician Registration Upon Hire Required
- Must have valid driver’s license and must have a driving record that allows for the Health System insurance carrier to cover the incumbent. Upon Hire Required
Nice To Haves
- Completion of an accredited pharmacy technician training program Preferred
- 6 months experience as a pharmacy technician or completion of a Pharmacy Technician Training Program Preferred
- Certified Pharmacy Technician Preferred
