We operate nine medical sites consisting of primary medical care, dental care, behavioral health, pharmacy, patient transportation, mobile medical, and outreach services. Excellent salary up to $26.00 per hour with competitive full-time benefits. Quarterly bonus incentives are paid to all staff that meet defined eligibility criteria. Your eligibility in our comprehensive benefits program will begin the first day of the month following your official start date.
Requirements
- Customer service-oriented mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.
- Ability to lead by example.
- South Carolina registered pharmacy technician license.
- Board Certified in South Carolina by the PTCB or ExCPT.
Nice To Haves
- CPhT certification is preferred.
- BLS certification is preferred.
- Immunization certification is preferred.
- Experience working in a pharmacy environment is preferred.
- Experience with patient interactions and customer service.
- Experience using PioneerRx is preferred.
- At least 3 years of pharmacy tech experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide quality pharmaceutical care for all patients in accordance with the policy and procedures of ReGenesis Pharmacy.
- Work alongside the Pharmacist/Pharmacy Manager to develop a plan of care for every patient to provide the most appropriate compliance-driven prescription outcomes.
- Use all available resources of software and hardware to efficiently and accurately process prescriptions using state-of-the-art technology.
- Responsible for inventory ordering, stocking, prescription returns, phone etiquette, and prescription processing.
- Use your personal skills to convey information directly to patients under the pharmacist's supervision.
- Hours of availability must be anytime between 9-7 Monday-Friday and 9-2 on Saturdays.
