Maxor National Pharmacy Services is seeking a highly compassionate, competent and caring full time Bilingual Spanish Pharmacy Technician for Circle The City Pharmacy in Phoenix,AZ. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Pharmacy Technician to join an outstanding team of dedicated professionals. The pharmacy is managed by Maxor National Pharmacy Services, headquartered in Amarillo, TX. Requirements
- HS Diploma/GED required
- Current PTCB Certification, or ability to obtain your certification within 6 months (Maxor will assist)
- Active and clear AZ pharmacy technician license
- A minimum of 2 years retail pharmacy experience
- Proven track record of exemplary customer service
- Computer experience mandatory
- Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing, to interact with a wide variety of individuals to successfully provide optimal patient care
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual Spanish speaking skills a MUST
- Ability to operate various pharmacy software programs/equipment proficiently
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and take prescription orders
- Convey empathy and understanding when handling customer service issues.
- Operate the cash register by ringing up sales for customers
- Assist in keeping the pharmacy clean and the shelves stocked
- Answer the phone
- Input customer information into the computer system
- Other duties as assigned
