About The Position
Pharmacy Technician Supervisor Jackson, Michigan | Center for Family Health At Center for Family Health, we believe in whole-person care and the power of strong, compassionate teams. We are currently seeking a Pharmacy Technician Supervisor to join our organization and help lead the daily operations of our pharmacy team. In this role, you will provide day-to-day leadership and support for pharmacy staff while helping ensure safe, accurate, and efficient pharmacy operations. This position plays an important part in workflow coordination, staff scheduling, training, compliance, quality support, and maintaining a strong patient-centered experience. You will also work closely with leadership to support department goals, staff development, and overall operational success.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician required
- Previous leadership experience required
- Current Michigan Pharmacy Technician License required
- BLS certification required or ability to obtain
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of pharmacy operations, medical terminology, insurance processes, and medication names
- Commitment to accuracy, accountability, patient service, and confidentiality.
