About The Position

Work Schedule : 100% FTE, 40 hours per week. Monday – Friday, eight-hour shifts between the hours of 8:00AM – 8:00PM. Hours may vary on the operational needs of the department. We are seeking a Pharmacy Technician Specialist to: Provide multi-faceted support to pharmacists and clinic staff. Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting patients with their take-home medications in a fast-paced health care environment. Process claims and help patients navigate complex insurance issues. Work hands-on with medications of all kinds. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent Required
  • 6 months experience as a pharmacy technician, completion of accredited Pharmacy Technician Training Program, or completion of second year of pharmacy school. Required
  • Wisconsin Pharmacy Technician Registration Upon Hire Required

Nice To Haves

  • Completion of an accredited pharmacy technician training program Preferred
  • Certified Pharmacy Technician Preferred
