About The Position

Pharmacy Technician Service Associate, you will support our client’s customers as the first of contact. You will answer questions concerning their accounts. You will help customers with their account issues while providing them with exceptional customer service. What you will be doing: Provides first call resolution to recipients for state eligibility programs via telephone. i.e., Medicaid, Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) etc. Enters client data into system. Assists clients with understanding their rights and responsibilities under the appeals process. Documents verify eligibility into systems and summarize case activity. Works from assigned work queues and incoming documents daily. Completes all corrective actions on second party review.

Requirements

  • Must at least 18 years of age or older
  • Have a High School Diploma or an equivalent level of education.
  • Must be able to submit to a pre-employment screening and drug test
  • Have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship
  • Must be Certified Pharmacy Technician
  • Have prior clerical/customer service work experience
  • Have Pharmacy Technician experience
