Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB, NHA, or equivalent)
- 0–2 years of experience (specialty pharmacy or infusion a plus)
- Knowledge of insurance billing, prior authorizations, and pharmacy systems (CareTend or similar preferred)
- Strong communication + customer service skills

Responsibilities
- Support Patients – Check in with patients on medications, supplies, and side effects, while coordinating deliveries.
- Keep Things Moving – Assist pharmacists with order entry, delivery tickets, and referrals (including hospice).
- Be the Connection – Collaborate with pharmacists and referral sources for seamless care.
- Deliver Service – Answer calls, solve problems, and keep patients at the center of everything you do.
- Stay Sharp – Support quality, compliance, and improvement projects.
