Role Overview As a Technician Specialist , you will be an integral part of our missile assembly and testing teams. You will fabricate, assemble, and test complex systems while collaborating closely with engineers and other technicians. This role offers hands-on work with advanced systems, precision instruments, and a variety of assembly and test operations. Responsibilities

• Fabricate, assemble, and test complex assemblies/subsystems into missile systems.
• Inspect and inventory parts to ensure compliance with work instructions and specifications.
• Measure and verify dimensions using precision instruments.
• Align, fit, and assemble components using hand tools and fixtures.
• Set up and operate test equipment to evaluate part and system performance under simulated conditions.
• Support assembly, subsystem testing, environmental testing, and pack & ship operations.
• Collaborate with engineers and team members to identify, define, and solve technical challenges.
• Contribute to Continuous Process Improvement initiatives and mentor/cooperate with team members.
